KATHMANDU — The Bir Ganeshman Memorial Cup Open Futsal Competition is going to be organised in Kathmandu from Wednesday.

Nepal Tarun Dal, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26 is organising the competition for the first time from September 13-16.

The winner team will get Rs 100,000 and certificate while the runner-up team will receive Rs 50,000 and certificate. Similarly, best player would get shoes while best goalkeeper would receive gloves.

More than 25 clubs of Kathmandu valley are participating in the competition, according to the organiser. Minister for Youth and Sports, Rajendra Kumar KC, is scheduled to inaugurate the competition. RSS
