KP Oli claims communist govt after polls

BENSISAHAR, LAMJUNG — CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the communists would form a government by securing majority in the upcoming elections.

Addressing an election mass meeting organized by left alliance in Bensisahar of Lamjung on Wednesday, Oli said that the CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) would also merge after the polls adding that both the parties had agreed to contest the polls in a single election symbol adding that that could not materialize due to some technical problems.

He was of the view that communist parties should win for taking the country’s development to a new height. “Left alliance should win for a stable government and good governance,” the former PM said.

On the occasion, Oli said that the country move ahead towards development only if the left alliance garnered majority seats.

On the occasion, candidate of House of Representatives in Lamjung district from Maoist Centre Dev Gurung said that the country would develop only if communist rule the nation.
Likewise, candidate of Lamjung Province ‘B’ of left alliance Prithvi Subba Gurung said that the left alliance was not forged to make any one prime minister and chief minister of the province. RSS
