Mumbai Indians won the title of Indian Premier League 2017 season title after beating Rising Pune Supergiant in the final on Sunday night in front of more than 30K crowd at Hyderabad by 1 run.

Player of the match Krunal Pandya’s 38 deliveries, 47 runs and skipper Rohit Sharma’s 24 runs for Mumbai Indians set Rising Pune Supergiant the decent total of 129 runs from full 20 overs.

Ajinkya Rahane’s 44 runs and captain Steve Smith’s crucial fifty runs went in vain as Mitchell Johnson defended 11 runs in the last over to give MI the third title in 5 years.
