• Kathmandu — Nepal defeated Namibia under the ICC World Cricket League Division- 2.

In the inaugural match played in Namibia, Nepal beat Namibia with one wicket.

Losing the toss, Namibia, batted against Nepal, posing the target of 139 runs. In response, Nepal secured the target with the loss of 9 wickets in 49.2 overs.

To ensure Nepal’s victory, Batsman Gyanendra Malla made 15 runs while capitan Paras Khada 19. It was Sharad Bheswkar to make the highest runs- 29.
