DADELDHURA — A Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre has been established in Dadeldhura for the first time.
The centre was set up to support to the treatment of malnourished children in the mountainous district of the Far-West region, Dadeldhura.
Executive Director of RUDUC-Dadeldhura, Saraswoti Khadka shared that the centre was established on the joint efforts of Sub-regional Hospital Dadeldhura and RUDUC with the financial assistance of Nepal Youth Foundation.
The centre will provide nutrient rich food and necessary medicines to the malnourished children and awareness to the guardians of the children, informed Man Kumari Thapa of Sub Regional Hospital, Dadeldhura.
Local people have commented that the establishment of the centre has eased the treatment to undernourished children.
According to the Sub Regional Hospital, the child patient will be admitted at the centre for treatment from 15 to 60 days when necessary. The centre will provide treatment services in a free of cost. RSS
