ITAHARI — The people belonging to Quick Volunteers Youth and others have begun providing psychological counselling to the people of Sunsari and Morang districts who are bound to live traumatic lives after the floods.

Psychologist Kanchan Rawat comes from Kathmandu said the people becoming homeless and even losing family members with the flood were given counselling to ease the trauma.
She added that the agony would be lessened in a recreational way.

Similarly, yoga would also be suggested for them. RSS
