BIRATNAGAR — Rastriya Janata Party Nepal’s central joint general secretary Dilip Dhadewa has announced that he is quitting the party, with the warning of forming a new one.

At a press meet here today, he said he was leaving the party even by giving up its general membership.

Stating that the party has two district coordinators in Morang, he accused the party leadership of being failure to sort out the matter yet. He warned that he would not come back to the party and establish a separate party if the party remained unable to sort out disputes existing within it.

“Party’s cadres in the district, part of Province No. 1, did not take part in the second phase local election, accepting the party’s decision to boycott the election, but contrary to this, the party national presidium all leaders took part in the third phase elections held in the Province No. 2. This has made the party cadres in the district to feel that they are neglected by the party leadership.”

On the occasion, he announced he would compete in the State Assemblies election from Morang. RSS
