KATHMANDU – CPN (UML) leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the second phase election is still not fixed. While speaking at a program organized to handover the office to the newly elected officials of the FNJ, Kathmandu chapter today, leader Nepal added that the second phase election was still in confusion, however, some positive vibe was increasing regarding the first phase election.

He suggested holding second phase election before new budget (May 29). He termed the Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal’s decision of participating in local poll as positive.

Speaking in the same programme, FNJ central secretary Prabhat Chalaune had opined for developing the FNJ as common institute to all journalists. On the occasion, FNJ Kathmandu chair Govinda Chalaune had handed the office to newly elected chair Shanta Ram Bidari.
