CHITWAN — Chairman of CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said socialism in Nepal would begin and develop from Chitwan.
During an election campaigning here Friday, Chairman Dahal argued that the district with ample political awareness and economic development could prosper socialism.
He however said economic prosperity was not possible in absence of robust national capital.
According to him, his victory would pave a way for socialism.
On the occasion, another candidate in the constituency no 3 of the district, Krishna Bhurtel, said tourism would be developed by linking Meghauli with Pokhara and Lumbini.
He committed to making Bhaktapur bus terminal one of the model ones in South Asia. RSS
