MAHOTTARI — Central Chairperson of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN) Upendra Yadav has said that their struggle would continue until the Madhes issues remained unaddressed.

Addressing a programme today to welcome new entrants to his party at Sripur of Mahottari, Yadav said his party’s struggle would continue until and unless the proportional representation of the Madhesi community was ensured at all levels of the state.

Though constitution amendment is inevitable to establish the identity of Madhesi people in the national charter, they had decided to go for election as part of their struggle for identity, Yadav noted.

He further spoke of the need of ensuring representation of Dalit at higher levels for institutionalizing democracy in the country.

On the occasion, around 500 cadres of other political parties including Nepali Congress former VDC Chairperson Mahendra Yadav joined FSFN. Party Chairperson Yadav welcomed them at the programme. RSS
