KATHMANDU — The central committee meeting of the main opposition CPN (UML) has been scheduled from September 22 to 24 in the capital city.

According to office secretary of the party, Krishna Gopal Shrestha, the meeting will review the third phase of local polls and will hold discussions on the preparations for upcoming elections of House of Representatives and provincial parliaments as well.

The CC meeting has been postponed for past five months.

Shrestha further shared that the meeting will also prepare the criteria for the party contenders to the upcoming federal and provincial elections. RSS
