In the world of digital marketing, one of the most crucial elements is social media marketing. Though it one of the pillars of the industry, often people misunderstand the objective of social media marketing and confuse it with social media branding. This is the reason why Digital marketing expert Ayman Kaddoura was motivated to shed light on the domain via different platforms.

There many pieces of advice that people receive about social media marking, but Ayman Kaddoura, who is CEO and Founder of The Bridge Technology has managed to narrow it down to three key things that a person should follow or believe in.

Ayman’s own social media accounts,  LinkedInInstagramTwitterFacebookYoutube are the proof of his grasp on the subject. He shares, “Keep an eye on the numbers! It is important to know what is working for you and what is not. If you are following the analytical side of things then you are going to make the same mistakes over and over. Notice what is working for you and the brand.”

The second tip is to create unique content, while following trends is important don’t let them rule your marketing plans. Make sure that your social media strategy reflects the vision of your brand instead of what is happening at the moment. Follow the trends but not blindly.

“Flexibility is the most important thing for every digital marketer. When it comes to your social media plans and marketing strategies, be open to change, as and when the time calls for it. Social media marketing is no different than any other form of media planning but the main difference is that you have to be quick about the changes,” Ayman sums up.

The talented marketer has also penned a book on the subject called, Social Media: A Blessing and A Curse. The book is available online on Kindle.
