MOMO you can get in different shapes and sizes–you can surely find a lot of places in Kathmandu Valley. Here is the list of best top 10 momos centers in and around Kathmandu.

1) MOMO Magic

MoMoMagic outlet at Maharjgunj.

It is located in Maharajgunj near the teaching hospital. MoMo is light and not stuffy as other places. It is packed during lunch hour. You can pre-order your momos.

2) Le Trio

Jhol MoMo.

It is momos filled with soup or jhol. We prefer it during winter or monsoon. The soup is a mixture of coriander, tomatoes and sesame tangent taste. It is located at Pulchowk and Durbarmarg.

3)  Momo Mantra

You can get momos in many styles: pork momos, Thakali mutton style momos, and pork momos. Apart from that, you can get regular buff and chicken momos. It is situated at Mid Baneshwore and Kamaladi.

4) Shandar Momo

You don’t find any seating arrangement here. You get your momo on a ‘tapari’ (traditional Nepali bowl) and eat it straight away. It is located opposite at Suraj Arcade.

5) Dharahara ko momo

They serve momo on a ‘tapari’ with plentiful of sauce. They add peanut to their momo which makes momo taste little different than regular. It is famous for its vegetable momo.

6) Halal Momo

If you want to have Halal Momo then go to this place. It is free of grease, juicy and crisp. The texture of momo is way different to other counterparts. You must know the alleys of Janabahal, it is in between Basantapur to Ason. If you crave for quality momo then you will find it here.

7) Shakya’s Momo

Anyone who is familiar with Kathmandu Durbar Square and freak street, no one can miss it. Momos here are freshly made by the owner itself along with his wife. They are expert in Newari style Momos. It is up to the customer to add more momos or not.

8) New Dish Restaurant

If anyone is craving for pork momos then New Dish Restaurant is the best place to eat. It is located on the way leading to the Khichapokhari, shops with musical instruments and you should look for the board ‘New Dish’. The restaurant is quite small and during lunch hours it is packed.

9) Ghangri SUI-MAI MOMO

Open momos what they serve here. Three different sauces: sweet, peanut-based and tangy. Try the different sauce to entice your pallet of your tongue. You will know when you try it. It is located in Teku.

10) Bagmati Sweet House

It is a vegetarian paradise–they serve momos with well-seasoned cheese and take it with the tomato sauce. When you enter Kupondole from Thapathali, you will find a small Gali near to the temple next to the footpath. The Gali is behind the temple where you find the sweet house.
