Usha Rajak is a Nepali actress and model. She won the Sunsilk Miss Beautiful Hair title at Lux Beauty Star 2004. Usha is also the Miss World University of Nepal (2006). She also won the Best Newcomer Actress at the Digital Film Awards (2009) for her debut movie ‘One Day’.
Usha has starred in movies like Kusume Rumal 2, Eku — The Jungle Man and Kathaa.

1. I am an actor first. Then I’m a pastry chef, published journalist, and a filmmaker. I also can draw, paint and write poems. Apart from that, once I got an award for photography. Now I’m into communications. Well, I like to do everything.
2. When I was seven-years-old, I burnt my whole face and neck with hot oil while trying to cook in the kitchen. It took a while to heal, and thanks to my mother’s experience in healthcare, I’m left with only a few scars from that event.
3. I got into social service when I was nine years old. My first job as a volunteer was at Patan Hospital. I delivered food to the patients who had visitors during doctors’ round hours. These days I run cooking classes for the elderly.
4. I live in Kyrgyzstan, a beautiful country in Central Asia. I look for partnership with local organizations and people to give back to the community. This way I can use my skills and resources for a better life of my fellow Nepalese family across the country.
5. I am a polyglot. Apart from speaking four languages, I am fluent in Russian.
