Amritaa De Silva is a Sri Lankan actress and Miss World 2016. She is known for White Haute Couture by Aslam Hussein (2018).
Here are five things that you don’t know about Amritaa De Silva:
1) Well, I’m a total tom-boy since childhood. I never paid much attention to fashion or beauty. I was always playing outdoors or running around being adventurous.
2) I am also addicted to traveling. I love to visit new countries and cultures and I now run a travel blog with my miss world girls called “travellingstars.org“.
3) I have been a vegetarian for 13 years and now I’m nearly vegan. To inspire people to follow an ethical and humane lifestyle I run my food vlog called ”ethical life with Amritaa de Silva”.
4) I am also a mixed race girl. My Mother is Austrian and my father is Sri Lankan. Therefore I get the best of two worlds and appreciate that a lot.
5) Lastly, I can speak three languages Sinhala my native language, English and Hindi. I think that is why Asmi (miss World Nepal 2016) and myself got along really well. She was an amazing roommate and she has told me a lot about Nepal. I can’t wait to visit and see her again and also see the Beauty and Momos that Nepal has to offer.
