Pokhara, April 12 (RSS): The meeting of the Province no. 4 Council of Ministers on Wednesday has agreed in principle to the Bill relating to the operation of the Provincial Emergency Fund.
The emergency fund will be used for immediate relief and rescue in the event when the budget is yet to be passed by the provincial assembly and on areas that are not addressed by the budget.
Sharing decisions of the cabinet, Government spokesperson Ram Sharan Basnet said the e-governance master-plan of the government was also discussed as well as on the policy and programmes for the remaining period of the current fiscal year. The government is preparing to present its policy and programme by April 16.
