Ciara Princess Harris (born October 25, 1985) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. She is known for her dance-pop music, which has been influenced by genres such as crunk, R&B, and hip hop. Ciara has won four Grammy Awards, including Best Dance Recording for “Level Up” in 2014. She has also been nominated for 19 other Grammy Awards.
Ciara was born in Austin, Texas, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career as a songwriter, writing songs for artists such as Missy Elliott and Ludacris.
