KATHMANDU — CIB Nepal has finally submitted its evidence on Peter Dalglish to Kavre government lawyer.

Talking to Kathmandu Tribune, an official from CIB said, “We submitted our evidence on Peter Dalglish to a Kavre government lawyer on April 26. The lawyer will now submit the case to the Kavre district court by May 2nd.”

The Kavre District Court will give its final decision on Peter Dalglish’s pedophile charges by May 2nd. According to Nepal’s law, Mr. Dalglish faces 15 years of imprisonment with additional fines if convicted. So far Peter and his lawyer have denied the pedophilia allegation.
