KATHMANDU — The Election Commission (EC) has urged all the bodies concerned to fully abide by the election code of conduct that has come into effect since August 30.
The government, all political parties, organisations and office bearers have been urged to implement the election code of conduct.
Refuting the rumour that the EC has withdrawn election code of conduct, Spokesperson Nawaraj Dhakal said the EC is committed to its full enforcement.
The EC announced the election code of ethics in view of the upcoming elections to the State Assembly and the House of Representatives scheduled to be held in two rounds on coming November 26 and December 7. RSS
