KATHMANDU — The Everest Premier League (EPL) case has been withdrawn from the Supreme Court of Nepal. The EPL filed the case against the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) after CAN refused to grant permission for the EPL to be organized.

The EPL is a professional cricket league that was founded in 2016. The league is played between six teams from across Nepal. The EPL has been a significant success since its inception and has helped to promote cricket in Nepal.

The withdrawal of the case is a major victory for the EPL and is a positive step for the development of cricket in Nepal. The EPL is now free to proceed with its plans to organize the next season of the league.
