KATHMANDU — According to the Passport Index 2018, Nepali passport is still one of the worst in the world. The green-colored passport gives you access to 38 countries only. Nepal’s passport power rank is 87 with the visa-free score of 38. It is ranked with Sri Lanka and Yemen.

Nepal’s passport rank in the global context is 87 and individual rank is 189. The travel mobility is linked with the Human Development Index. On the brighter side, Nepalis don’t need visas to visit Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines among other countries.
