Biratnagar, (RSS) — Police have arrested two persons on the charge of their alleged involvement in detonating a bomb near the Indian Embassy’s Temporary Office in Biratnagar.

They are Uday Rai aka Yugen, 42, of Belbari municipality-4 of Morang district and Bhim Limbu, 34, of Thukima-7 of Taplejung district, informed the District Police office, Morang, organising a press conference here today. They were arrested on Sunday.

The two had blasted the bomb on April 16. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bishnu Hari Koirala, said that they were also found involved in smashing windowpanes of a house belonging to Devkanta Jha, which is located near the Temporary Office.

Further investigation into the case was underway, added police.
