Mangalbare (Ilam) (RSS) An unidentified group has set off a bomb at the Chulachuli rural municipality office of Ilam.
Executive officer Chabi Khatiwada said the explosion from a pressure cooker bomb at the assembly hall has caused damages to the upper floor of the under-construction hall.
The explosion shattered eight windows and destroyed the aluminum frames. The local residents are a fearful lot after the bomb explosion at the government office. District Police Office, Ilam has said the investigation into the incident has been launched.
