SAPTARI — Former Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) politburo member Umesh Yadav has urged voters of Madhesh to cast their ballots in favour of the candidates from the leftist alliance for the prosperity of Madhes and their rights.
Speaking at a press meet at Rajbiraj today, he claimed that so called Madhesh-centric parties were responsible for pushing the Madhes towards destruction. He took the time to urge the people of Madhesh not to be ‘fooled’ by their assurances.
Yadav who is also the House of Representative election candidate from the Saptari constituency no. 2 said the victory of the leftist alliance in the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies was certain.
