KATHMANDU — Nepal’s elite goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong has been signed by the Hero I-League franchise Minerva Punjab FC for an undisclosed amount. Chemjong has previously played for Maldive’s T.C. Sports Club.

Chemjong is one of the best footballers Nepal has produced till now. The club hasn’t disclosed about the signing fee.

Minerva Punjab FC currently leads the I-league standing. It is playing against Neroca FC on 27 January 2 pm.
