Charles Sobraj, serving a sentence for various crimes, including murder, has been ordered to be released by the Supreme Court. The joint bench of Judge Sapna Pradhan Malla and Til Prasad Shrestha ordered Charles Sobraj’s release from prison today on Wednesday.
Charles Sobraj was granted the senior citizen prison exemption, according to a writ of imprisonment that was submitted. Additionally, the bench commanded those preparations be made for their repatriation to their nation within 15 days of the ruling.
