Shreejana Karki

Someone carried for 9 months in a womb
With love by her mother up to 13 years, her hair was combed
An angel who headed to serve the country with little books on her hand
But this cruel world made her happiness banned
People once whom she considered friends dug her grave

Of course in pain, she must have shouted by saying please save

The mercy was not there
The mercy was not there

Demons smelled her flesh and bone

Raped, strangled and left on mud alone

The starvation for her body
They rushed and killed her soul
They saw the shiny skin attached to her bone
But what’s the fault of her soul
Her innocent soul

She was raped, she was killed
But still, her cries roam the entire nation
The shout of her pain still bothers every creation
It’s not a battle her family fought
It’s the fight for every girl in this world who is brought

It’s not as simple as it seems

Every day a new information comes

Which makes us realize all we knew about her pain is only a glimpse

Wakeup she was not the only daughter of her family
She is the daughter of the entire nation
Your daughter’s belonging creation
For whose justice we need to fight

If not for her
At least for someone you love who belong to her kind
At least for someone you love who belong to her kind

Give her justice, set her soul free

Please give her justice, set her soul free
